Kyle Goudie is a Juvenile Justice Services (JJS) assistant program director, directing the OJJDP Second Chance Act Grant and the JJS clinical team. Kyle is a 27 year JJS employee who has been an assistant program director in early intervention, in secure care at and in community placements. Within these programs, Kyle has operated and overseen programs in, day treatment, behavior residential, secure confinement and transition. Kyle holds a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in sociology, both from the University of Utah. Kyle is a licensed clinical social worker with a certification in criminology.
