Celina Blanco-Boscan is the manager of fleet Initiatives, overseeing the development of the fleet methodology to effectively create the “what-if” scenarios and options for proposed projects related to new aircraft acquisitions, changes to existing fleet or fleet retirements. As the manager for fleet projects, she recently launched and implemented Q2M, a cross-divisional project to revitalize the projects processes to improve quality and speed to market. Since 2000, Celina has held several positions of increased responsibility in engineering and project management. She holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
