Robert Wagner

Vice President of Academic and Instructional Services, Utah State University

Robert Wagner serves as a vice president of academic and instructional services at Utah State University.  He administers the comprehensive development and delivery of eLearning courses and programs (video, online, blended, flex) for the university system.  He directs the university’s Center for Innovative Design and Instruction, instructional technology and innovation, all classroom and course scheduling, student marketing and communications and the university’s extensive online programs. Robert serves on the governing board for the Utah Education and Telehealth Network. He is a professional practice assistant professor in the political science department. Robert earned his Ph.D. in political science from the State University of New York at Albany and holds a master’s of public administration from the University of Utah.
