Utah’s Hogle Zoo
Utah’s Hogle Zoo dates from 1931 and is located at the mouth of Emigration Canyon. Its natural terrain covers 42 acres of tree-lined pathways where visitors can view over 800 animals.
Utah Olympic Park
The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation celebrates the spirit of the 2002 Winter Games to inspire active, healthy lifestyles and increase community uses of Utah’s Olympic venues. It is The Leonardo’s mission to fuse science, technology and art in experiences that inspire creativity and innovation in people of all ages and backgrounds. The Leonardo is a non-profit community-powered museum which opened in 2011.
Red Butte Garden
Red Butte Garden, located on 100 acres in the foothills on the eastern edge of the University of Utah, is an official arboretum of the state of Utah. The Garden has welcomed guests since 1985 and is the largest botanical garden in the Intermountain West with over 21 acres of developed gardens and five miles of hiking trails winding through an extensive Natural Area.
